This beautiful end unit features an open floor plan on the 2nd floor with large living area, ten-foot ceilings, crown molding throughout, wood floors and breathtaking water views of the Gulf of America or Santa Rosa Sound from just about every room. The laundry room is also located on this floor featuring a full-size washer and dryer.
There are TVs in the living room and every bedroom except the twin bedroom upstairs. Each TV is a smart tv with streaming services for your convenience.
