The house is in a great location along the beach drive and the floor plan is very convenient. The deck and furniture are the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach.

beautiful home inside with an amazing second story deck!
What an absolutely wonderful stay in Navarre, Florida on the beach! This home was the perfect place for our group of 10 lifelong high school friends celebrating all of us turning 65 this year. We spent four beautiful days reconnecting, laughing, relaxing, and making memories right on the beach.
The house was amazing — beautiful ocean views, and an easy boardwalk access to the beach that we enjoyed every day. Can't say enough about the view from inside the house and also from the large back porch that had more than enough chairs for everyone. The kitchen, living room, and bedrooms were all spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Having two refrigerators was such a bonus for a large group, and we loved using the grill for outdoor cooking.
The weather was perfect, the beach was gorgeous, and the entire experience could not have been better. We loved this home so much that we have already booked it again for next year — and this time we’re staying for a whole week!
Thank you for helping create such a special reunion for all of us. We cannot wait to come back!

sun, sand, and le chateau - the perfect combination!
Just home from an amazing seventeen-night stay at Le Chateau and already planning our trip back for next year! Hubby and I savored the first week alone...so relaxing! Our children and grandchildren arrived the next week so it was not as relaxing (haha)... but so much fun! The house was perfect for our family of six adults and four small children. One son and his wife stayed upstairs in the queen room and their children in the twin bedroom next door. Our other son and DIL stayed downstairs in an oceanfront king that had ample space for their daughter’s pack-n-play. Hubby and I stayed in the primary king bedroom with ensuite bathroom. All three downstairs bedrooms are oceanfront with exceptional views of the Gulf. We loved watching the dolphins frolicking, the paramotor trikes flying, and the shell hunters anxiously searching. When we weren’t on the beach, we were enjoying the house’s large deck that has plenty of seating for everyone – lots of loungers and chairs. The kitchen has everything you need – even a huge pot for our boiled shrimp night! The house was very clean upon checking-in and I appreciated the broom and vacuum that are made available to renters. One other main plus is the extra refrigerator/freezer and the washer/dryer downstairs.
Things to note:
1. One person commented in a review that there were beach chairs available. The house information said “no beach chairs” so we brought our own and were glad we did. No beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. They indicate that they do not provide them so don’t chance any being left there – bring or rent your beach equipment!
2. We were so disappointed that we forgot our binoculars! Bring some! Also, don’t forget beach towels, games, books, and beach toys.
3. Our grandchildren loved crab hunting at night, so we were glad we brought flashlights.
4. Our grown children enjoyed golfing at Tiger Point and Hidden Creek....nice courses within a short distance.
5. We brought a floor fan but didn’t need it. So nice that each bedroom has a floor fan stored in the closet.
6. One highlight of the trip was seeing the Blue Angels buzz the beach one afternoon. Also saw them in Pensacola while eating dinner one night. Such a treat!
I can’t say enough good things about Mermaid Mansions, the rental company. Booking was fast and easy. Responses were quick to questions, inquiries, or for any help we needed during our stay. It was a pleasure to deal with them and we look forward to using them again. From beginning to end, they were professional, helpful, and courteous. We very highly recommend Mermaid Mansions!
Great trip...hubby had to drag me out of there on check-out day! :)

another great stay
The house was great for our family of 10. Very well stocked. One previous review mentioned the lack of a serrated knife and whisk. By the time we arrived there were both, so the management company pays attention to reviews. We had an issue with the television which was addressed the same day. The location is ideal, the views phenomenal. The house is comfortable with plenty of seating inside and out. We have rented multiple times and we will be back!

This was our first time to stay at this location and it was fabulous!! The house was absolutely beautiful and the location was great !! It worked beautifully for our family of 10 and we had plenty of space for everyone. The two teenagers especially enjoyed their own living space upstairs. We will definitely rent this house again. The patio/deck was one of the nicest. I know the questions that I wanted answers to before renting this house were not answered in the reviews so I hope this helps the future renters ?? There were beach chairs at the unit (4 in fact) There was 1 beach umbrella Buckets, Toys, A kite, 2 surfboards and some frisbees. There are no beach towels provided for guests. There is also a beautiful bassinet in the unit. That would've have been nice to know since we had an infant and had already paid to have a crib delivered to the house. There is also no whisk Lol !! Small item but. Also not one serrated knife in the unit . Cutting tomatoes was fun ?? Other than those little things the kitchen was perfectly stocked!! Great house and we loved every minute!! This house is in the perfect location., the deck is awesome with more than enough seating. The house was big enough for our family of 10, enough common area to gather and enough space to be separate when you want. The views are amazing, the boardwalk to beach makes the walk to the beach so easy. The kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfortable. Two refrigerators made stocking for meals so easy and the ice maker is a big plus. A lot of stairs but necessary. Carpeting a plus, the main stairwell smelled a little musty, would probably remove the carpeting as I'm sure it's gotten wet. Definitely will book again.

awesome beach house!
Our 2 families of 10 just returned from a week in this great home. The views are amazing and there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The deck is wonderful with plenty of seating as well as nice loungers. We can’t wait to rent again!

gorgeous views!
One of our best beach trips ever! Gorgeous view from the living area and bedrooms. The board walk was perfect for us to make our way to the beach. We loved waking up with the beach and gulf so close. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is large and fully stocked. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, all with deck access. There are also two bedrooms upstairs. While at Le Chateau, the washing machine went out. I called John at Mermaid Mansions and it was replaced the same day. Excellent service!! We all had a wonderful beach vacation and can't wait to go back!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Very spacious and well-equipped. The beach is beautiful. It was like we had a our own private area on the beach. We will definitely lease again!

best view on the gulf
5 Beds all with Great View, 3 bedrooms with walk out sliding doors the great Deck, water is awesome everything you could want for a beach rental... large kitchen extra fridge for beverages and all kitchen supplies you would need. Everyone had a great time....
