50% weekly rate needed to hold reservation.  Balance plus 10.5% tax and $300 Security Deposit required upon arrival.  Cash, check, money order or traveler's check accepted - no credit cards. Security Deposit to be returned within 14 days after rental inspection.  Weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday...check in 3pm...check out 10am.  Less than the normal full week rental may only be offered when there is a weekly opening not filled.  Cleaning fee additional for rentals less than full week (3 night minimum stay required).  Rates subject to change without notice.
